Refunds Policy For Store Purchases
We hope that you love your Skingredients® products, but it’s okay if you change your mind and don’t open them. According to the Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to a 14 day cooling off period. This means that you can return any products purchased so long as they are unopened, unused and in the condition in which you received them within 14 days of your order being made.
Should product/s arrive damaged or faulty, we will repair, replace or exchange the product/s when you contact us about the issue within 7 days of receiving your package. You can report faulty or damaged products to email@example.com or call our customer care line at +3531-5649362.
Any products you wish to return, whether it is within the 14 day cooling off period or if they are faulty or damaged, must be returned to us within 15 days of delivery to the address below:

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us including the delivery charges you incurred when you ordered. Please note that we will refund back to the original method of payment charged only (e.g. credit card, debit card, Paypal).
